Steeping Notes
Tea: 5 grams. Time: 1 minute. Water: 90C/194F, 200 ml.
Resteep 3 times.
Notes: Depending on your strength preference, you may want to increase the steeping time. Use a lower temperature for less astringency. Cold steeping it is also creates a light and refreshing tea.
