Description
Aichi Prefecture, specifically the Nishio region, is one of famous production regions for matcha in Japan. The tencha leaf used for our Nishio no Aji Premium Ceremonial Grade Matcha is named Yahagi, after the river that runs through the region.
The matcha created by this tencha is also offered (stone milled)
