Made with leaves grown at an altitude of 300 – 500 meters in the Tenryu mountains, this matcha was ground by stone mill.
Instructions
Yunomi generally recommends 1g per 50 ml, but Osada-san recommends a little thicker matcha: 2g pr 70 ml made with 80C/176F degree water.
