Yamaki Ikai Mini Ceramic Houroku – Traditional Japanese Tea Roasting Pan (Black)

Description

A black ceramic tea roaster made in Tokoname, Aichi Prefecture, this item allows you to roast a single serving of your green tea into hojicha at home over your stove. You can also try roasting other teas.

Warning: Please use very low heat, and wear gloves to prevent burning your hand.

Instructions: Place 5-10 grams of green tea into the roaster, and hold over low fire for 30-60 seconds (depending on the degree of roasting you want) shaking frequently.
