A first flush (spring) harvested, award-winning Japanese black tea (Wakocha or Wakoucha) made with the rare Izumi cultivar from the northern region of Sashima, Ibaraki Prefecture, this tea is lightly oxidized by Yoshida Tea Garden but otherwise processed as black tea.
